At Bela Moreno, we want your shopping experience to be smooth from the moment you place your order to the moment your items arrive. Please review our delivery and returns policy below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

During peak seasons, product launches, or promotional periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer reliable shipping to ensure your order arrives safely.

Estimated delivery times:

- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days  
- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)  
- International Shipping: 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing (for international orders), and the shipping carrier.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's tracking system.

If you have not received tracking details within a few days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Bela Moreno is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist before the order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Return window:  
Items must be returned within 14–30 days of delivery.

Eligibility requirements:

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused  
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached  
- Items must be returned in the original packaging where possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return, including:

- Final sale items  
- Gift cards  
- Undergarments or intimate apparel (if applicable)  
- Items marked as non-returnable

Return Process

To start a return or exchange:

1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.  
2. Our team will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.  
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the problem is confirmed.
